The Coaching Room

Welcome to the Coaching room, an area designed for Friedman retailers who are tracking individual sales performance and coaching behaviours. Within this room we have video coaching guides for most of the sales behaviours that you, as a manager and coach, will be looking for and coaching on. Use this resource as an aide in your weekly staff meetings and for on-the-floor coaching. We will be constantly adding content to the coaching room, so if you have any requests or ideas, or would like further help or guidance with a behavioural step, let us know by using the “assistance/enquiry” button within the room.
